Our Most Dramatic House Soft Washes
This long shot-gun home in the Bywater had old painted wood siding that hadn’t been cleaned in years! After a couple of hours and multiple coats of our house soft wash solution, we were able to remove all of that baked on green algae with no damage to the paint!
No, the porch wasn’t painted! This stucco home in Kenner hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years. The dirt and grime was stubborn, but no match for our soft wash cleaners!
This customer had just bought their first home out in Metairie and tried everything to get that black mold off the brick. They called us frustrated and defeated. One look at what they needed and we got to work! After a few hours (and working through a pop-up rain storm) we knocked on the door and had them take a look at their bright freshly cleaned home! Yes, there were a few tears!

Our Most Dramatic Brick Transformations
When we arrived at this beautiful home in Uptown and saw the age and condition of the brick walkway, we knew we needed to be extremely careful and only do a soft wash so that we didn’t damage any more mortar. The chemicals did their job and the walkway came out bright and slick-free!
This brick entryway was in front of a large home in Covington that sat on 20 acres covered in beautiful trees. With all those trees, it’s not a matter of if, but when the green algae shows up. We got the call, drove out to the property the next day, and noticed some mortar damage so this one was only getting a soft wash. The algicide worked great and since the algae was killed at the root, it’ll be a while before they see any more green!
You can’t go far in New Orleans without spotting some old brick steps like these. We arrived at this home in Mid-City and were pleasantly surprised by the condition of these steps. The mortar was intact and none of the bricks were damaged. We knew that it was safe to hit these with a little bit of pressure. We used our algicide to kill the organic grime at the root and then blasted these bricks clean! What an amazing transformation!

Our Most Dramatic Driveway Transformations
This driveway in Lacombe leads to a beautiful home in the Briar Lake Estates subdivision. The beauty of the large trees and a pristine yard were competing with the grimy, mold and algae covered driveway. After a deep driveway cleaning using an algicide to kill the organic matter at the root, this driveway is now complementing the property instead of working against it!
Our customer in Algiers recently had their siding replaced and painted, but the property still wasn’t popping like they wanted. They gave us a call and we came out the same day to deep clean. This driveway hadn’t been touched in 20 years! When we were all packed up, the customer came outside and just said one word, “Wow”! Now that beautiful blue siding is shining brighter than ever against the clean white driveway!
Homes in New Orleans have no shortage of brick walkways, but this one had a brick inlay for the patio/driveway and straight brick for the actual driveway that went out to the street. We knew we needed to tackle this cleaning with extreme care since those older bricks had seen better days from the constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic. We surface cleaned the patio and soft washed the brick driveway to safely remove the organic grime and keep the mortar intact. What a huge difference it made to their backyard!

This customer in Covington called us right before the 4th of July wanting to get her backyard patio cleaned. After we were done, she became emotional and loved the results. Later in the conversation we found out that her grandkids (whom she hadn’t seen in years) were coming over for the holiday and she wanted to set up a pool on the patio for them. She was so grateful that we could get her on the schedule so quickly and that we were able to remove all of the mold and algae so that her grandkids could have a safe place to play! Yes, there were tears…..
Covered patios tend to collect dirt and grime very quickly and when you add brick into the mix, it makes it that much harder to keep clean. This brick patio in Uptown hadn’t been professionally cleaned in years. The dirt and grime was so thick that we had no idea it was red brick until we were done with our final rinse!
A young couple in Mandeville called us frantic thinking that they had ruined the back patio of their new house. They put an inflatable hot tub on the corner of the patio. When the pump broke, they decided to drain it and move it to another area of the yard. That’s when they saw the green circle. The spot they chose stayed shaded most of the day, so it was great for soaking in the hot tub, but not so great at keeping algae at bay. We deep cleaned the area and surface cleaned the entire patio to ensure a uniform finish. Now you can’t even tell they ever had a hot tub there in the first place!
